Germany to release 5 million euros of aid for Venezuela when circumstances allow it
Germany has frozen 5 million euros’ ($5.72 million) worth of humanitarian aid to Venezuela, which it will release as soon as the political circumstances in the country allow it, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said on Monday.
