Cumberland County school board names acting superintendent
The Cumberland County Board of Education on Thursday named an acting superintendent to lead the school system while Marvin Connelly Jr. undergoes treatment for cancer.The board appointed Mary Black, the associate superintendent of student support services, to serve as acting superintendent, according to a statement released by the school system.
