Basketball courts at Seabrook Park to recognize Dennis Smith
The outdoor basketball courts that helped mold Dennis Smith Jr. will now bear his name.Smith, a Fayetteville native who spent many a day honing his hoop skills at Seabrook Park on Langdon Street, is expected to see that court dedicated in his honor at 4 p.m. Monday.It’s one of three community courts being dedicated during NBA All-Star week.
