41 charged in Robeson county 'Operation Rise and shine'
LUMBERTON — Forty-one people were arrested Wednesday as part of a roundup by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service.Lawmen from the two agencies served warrants across Robeson County and in Pennsylvania as part of an effort called “Operation Rise and Shine,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
