15-year-old charged in Fayetteville fatal shooting
A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to the Monday fatal shooting of a Fayetteville man, police said Tuesday.Donovan Lamar Moon, 30, of the 800 block of Vagabond Drive was found shot just after 4 p.m. Monday in a vehicle along the 800 block of Conestoga Drive, police said in a release.The juvenile currently is being held at a juvenile detention facility, police said.Stephanie Loder
