CARTHAGE — A Carthage woman was arrested Friday after authorities say she broke into two vehicles and smashed windows out of three patrol vehicles belonging to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office that were parked outside the Rick Rhyne Public Safety Center.Keyasia Nicole Wyatt, 20, of Bank Street, is charged with two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, four misdemeanor counts of injury to personal property and one misdemeanor count of resisting a public officer.
