U.S. links Syria withdrawal to ISIS defeat, Turkish treatment of Kurds
The United States will condition its Syria pullout on a Turkish assurance to safeguard Kurds and also wants measures to protect withdrawing U.S. forces, President Donald Trump’s national security adviser said on Sunday.
