A Texas man is accused of stabbing and beheading his mother’s dog last year, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday by police in Round Rock, just north of Austin.Sebastian Deen Abdullah, 18, was charged with cruelty of a non-livestock animal, a third-degree felony punishable by 10 years in prison.
