Teen shot to death in Hoke County
RAEFORD — A 17-year-old boy was shot to death Saturday morning in the Shannon area of southeastern Hoke County, the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office reported.The teen was Jon-Marvin Revels Jacobs, the agency said in a news release.
