For months now, 4th Course Wine & Desserts has been expected to open downtown.Construction inside the restaurant tenant space, in former Lafayette Hotel building at 131 Hay St., Suite 101, got underway in April, according to the business Facebook page. A soft opening was then scheduled for April 27 before the grand opening initially was set for July 27.
