Robeson County man charged with failing to report death
LUMBERTON — Brian Keith Locklear, 47, of Silo Drive in Rowland, was charged Tuesday with larceny of a motor vehicle and concealment and failure to report a death, according to a news release from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.The charges are related to the death of Jon Eric Morris, 53, of Jacksonville, Alabama, whose body was found Dec. 3 in the canal on Kenric Road, the release said.The cause of Morris’ death is pending the completion of the N.C.
