Robeson County child sex arrest
Daquan Emanuel, 26, of Britt Road in St. Pauls was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a minor, according to a news release from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Division.The charges are in relation to two separate incidents that occurred between Jan. 1, 2011 and Jan. 1, 2012, authorities said.
