North Carolina man accused of beating puppy with shovel
ASHEBORO — An Asheboro man has been arrested for an incident involving animal cruelty, according to a press release. On Jan. 14, a concerned citizen reported to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office that he had witnessed a puppy being beaten to death with a shovel on Jan. 9.
