1. Lunar Eclipse Party: The planetarium at Fayetteville State University is holding a “Lunatic Party” today from 10 p.m. to midnight for the total lunar eclipse. The event will be in the courtyard of the Science and Technology Building. Telescopes will be set up to view the moon, and people will be on hand to discuss how eclipses work, the science of the moon and what causes lunar phases. There also will be hot chocolate.
