1. Women’s health event: South View High School is looking for people to participate in a women’s health event scheduled for Feb. 7 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the school, 4184 Elk Road in Hope Mills. The Healthy Hearts for Women festival is being put on by the school’s Ladies of the View club. Face painting, a photo booth and giveaways will be featured.
