Lumberton police searching for armed robbery suspect
LUMBERTON — The Lumberton Police Department is looking for a suspect in an armed robbery early Friday morning at a convenience store.At around 5 a.m., a man entered the Minuteman No. 38 at 1755 Roberts Ave. and robbed the store at gunpoint, the Police Department said in a news release.No one was injured in the robbery, which was caught on store security cameras.The suspect stole the store clerk’s car, a 2005 burgundy Ford Five Hundred with N.C. license plates BJP-5764, […]
