Fayetteville man accused of inappropriate touching
A Fayetteville man is accused of inappropriately touching a minor, according to arrest warrants in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Rodney Valoy, 32, of the 5600 block of Kingstree Drive, was charged Monday with taking indecent liberties with a minor.The alleged incident happened July 1.There was no sexual contact between Valoy and the minor, an arrest document said.Bail was set at $10,000.Nancy McCleary
