An Eastover man won $4.23 million in a lottery scratch-off game Saturday.Demetrius Underwood claimed the prize from the Colossal Cash game Monday, according to a statement released today by lottery officials.Underwood, who is a logistics manager, bought the ticket at the EPCO 3 Way Food Mart on Dunn Road, where he stopped to get an orange-flavored Powerade.
