East Russell Street to close for repairs
Eastbound lanes of East Russell Street will close to traffic starting 6 a.m. Friday while Fayetteville PWC replaces sewer lines in front of Bell’s Seed Store, a news release from the North Carolina Department of Transportation said.NCDOT will manage the closure and detour route, the release said, and it will go through Campbell Avenue and South Cool Spring Street.The road is expected to reopen by 6 p.m. Friday.Hrisanthi Kroi, Digital content producer
