Cumberland Matters: Kick the habit smoking cessation classes
The new year is a good time to kick old habits. The Cumberland County Department of Public Health is offering Fresh Start Smoking Cessation classes to help smokers become committed quitters.Offered through the American Cancer Society, the smoking cessation classes will be held on four consecutive Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to noon, Jan. 30 through Feb. 20.
