Aqua water customers say bills abnormally high
Lisa Ethridge, who has been getting her water from Aqua North Carolina for a little over six years, was shocked when she received her December bill.The charge covered the usage of 14,500 gallons of water at her Cliffdale West neighborhood home from Nov. 11 through Dec. 13, according to Ethridge.
