Aqua water billing investigated by Public Staff
The legal and water divisions of the N.C. Public Staff of the N.C. Utilities Commission have opened a preliminary investigation into Aqua North Carolina’s water billing practices in parts of Cumberland County, according to staff attorney Bill Grantmyre.The lawyers represent consumers in matters before the Utilities Commission and the appellate courts affecting public utility rates and service.
