Two 82nd Airborne Division brigades bid farewell and welcomed new leaders last week.The 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division thanked Col. Toby Magsig for his service during a change of command ceremony on Jan. 11 overseen by division commander Maj. Gen.
