Rowan Street bridge lane to close Monday
An eastbound lane of the new Rowan Street bridge will close after the morning rush hour on Monday so steel girders can be set in place, the state Department of Transportation said.Although one eastbound lane will remain open during the work, traffic will have to be stopped for five to 10 minutes each time one of the girders is put in place, the DOT said.
