LUMBERTON — The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an internal investigation into a 2016 rape that has been linked to the man accused of killing 13-year-old Hania Aguilar.Using DNA evidence, investigators have linked the Oct. 20, 2016, rape to Michael Ray McLellan, who has been charged in the unrelated rape and murder of Hania.
