Things to do Ski Trips: Planned dates in December, January and February. Destinations are Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain. Trips leave from the Smith Lake Recreation Area. Open to DoD ID cardholders and up to two guests. Ages 12 and older are welcome. Any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.
