Kenneth McKinnon has a simple goal.“We want to make sure all our schools here in Cumberland County are safe,” he said.McKinnon is safe watch facilitator for Cumberland County Schools. He oversees the school system’s School Angels program.Volunteers in the program help watch over the schools by providing extra eyes and ears on school campuses.
