Man accused of raping intoxicated woman
A man from Tennessee is charged with raping a woman while she was severely intoxicated, according to documents at the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office on Sunday.A warrant served Sunday accuses Randy Steven Fuller, 62, of the 3400 block of Green Corner Road in Hartford, Tennessee, of second-degree rape and second-degree sex offense.
