Fayetteville under winter weather advisory starting at 1 a.m. Sunday
Fayetteville and the Sandhills are under a winter weather advisory effect from 1 a.m. Sunday until 7 p.m. Monday.The advisory is in effect for the Interstate 95 corridor and the rest of the Coastal Plain and Sandhills of southeastern North Carolina, according to the National Weather Service.Wet snow is expected, with total accumulations of up to 2 inches late tonight and Sunday morning.
