Fayetteville sex offender accused of raping child
A registered sex offender is accused of raping one child and fondling another, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Ronnie William Collins, 50, of the 6800 block of Torrance Lane in Fayetteville, was charged Friday with statutory rape of a child by an adult and taking indecent liberties with a child.The offenses are alleged to have happened Oct. 28, the warrant said.The rape victim was identified only as a child under the age of 13, […]
