SPRING LAKE — Two teenagers were arrested Monday morning in the weekend fatal shooting of 17-year-old Lillington boy, the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said.Earl Rafel Gaddis Jr., 19, and Dylan Michael Gaddis, 16, both of the 100 block of Hillandale Drive, Spring Lake, were charged with homicide and aggravated assault in the death of Emmanuwell Leigh Nelson of Lillington.
