Two charged with making meth in North Carolina home
Shelby — Two people are accused of making methamphetamine in their home across the street from a church on Polkville Road. Tonya Wilmarth Cargo, 38, and Robin Plummer, 50, both are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine at their home at 3737 Polkville Rd., just outside of Polkville.
