Salvation Army declares white flag cold condition Thanksgiving night
Temperatures are expected to drop below freezing Thursday night and people in need of a warm place to go will be thankful for the white flag that will fly outside the Salvation Army.The temperature is expected to drop below 32 degrees overnight Thursday into Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
