Residents aren't thrilled with state's deal with Chemours
Residents with contaminated wells near the Chemours plant said Friday they aren’t fully satisfied with an agreement that requires the company to pay $13 million.The state Department of Environmental Quality, Chemours and Cape Fear River Watch announced the agreement Wednesday.
