OTL: MSU paid $4 million to Title IX investigators
Michigan State has paid a Title IX investigative firm $3.9 million since February, Outside the Lines reports. Just 25 investigations were completed in 2017-18 — down from 74 the year before — and the average investigation length has grown 50 percent.
