North Carolina woman charged with starving cats to death, hurting dogs
A Wake County woman is accused of starving several cats to death and leaving dogs in an emaciated condition, WRAL reports. Brigette Maunette Baldwin, 24, of 1601 Chelsea Drive, was charged Thursday with eight counts of killing an animal by starvation and seven counts of felony cruelty to animals, according to arrest warrants.
