Dickens carriage rides: The Arts Council’s Dickens Holiday on Nov. 23 will feature horse-drawn carriage rides from 1 to 9 p.m. Tickets for the Dickens wagon go on sale at 222 Hay St. at noon that day, but tickets for the Cinderella carriages can be purchased in advance.
