HOPE MILLS- The town Board of Commissioners voted 4-1 Monday night to open the former Hope Mills golf course to walkers by April 1.Commissioners Meg Larson, Jessie Bellflowers, Jerry Legge and Mayor Pro Tem Mike Mitchell voted yes.
