A man who pleaded guilty to killing a woman at a Fayetteville motel in 2007 was sentenced last week in Cumberland County Superior Court to between 18 and 22 years in prison.William Everette Razor III, 49, will begin serving the term in five years, once he completes a sentence he is now serving in Texas, said Sgt.
