WEST PALM BEACH — A West Palm Beach woman is facing a charge that she falsely accused a Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputy of rape following her arrest on shoplifting charges nearly a year ago. Marley Barberian, now 23, was booked Thursday at the Palm Beach County Jail, charged with one count of accusing a law-enforcement officer of sexual battery.
