Fayetteville woman with gunshot wound in the head IDed
A woman who was shot inside an apartment on the 1700 block of Michelle Court has been transferred to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, Fayetteville police said.Dorothy McNeill, 22, who lives at that address, remained in critical condition Friday afternoon.
