Fayetteville man faces kidnapping, rape charges
A Fayetteville man is facing kidnapping and rape charges.William Vintson, 19, of the 3700 block of Sapphire Road, was charged Wednesday with first-degree kidnapping, forcible rape and two counts of first-degree forcible sex offense, according to arrest warrants.The victim, who is age 16 or younger, was messaged by Vintson through an online website, and they agreed to meet and hang out on Nov. 3, according to paperwork filed with the arrest warrant by the Fayetteville Police […]
