Fayetteville man charged with multiple sex crimes
A 32-year-old Fayetteville man is accused of having sex with a person who is 15 years old or younger.Joshua Lael Hockaday, of the 2300 block of Cumberland Bay Drive, was charged Monday with a crime against nature, three counts of statutory rape or sex offense with a 13- to 15-year-old by someone at least six years older, and three counts of indecent liberties with children.Bail was set at $1.5 million.Staff writer Steve DeVane can be reached at sdevane@fayobserver.com or […]
