Evans, Lancaster win Cumberland Board of Commissioners
Two incumbent county commissioners easily won re-election Tuesday.Charles Evans and Larry Lancaster were the top two vote-getters in the race for at-large positions on the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners, according to unofficial returns.
