City Council to discuss recall process
The Fayetteville City Council on Monday is expected to discuss a recall proposal that would allow residents to remove council members or the mayor from office before their terms end.The council will discuss a proposed resolution amending the city charter to allow for recall elections during its work session at 5 p.m. at City Hall.For the change to happen, a local bill would have to be passed in the state legislature.
