BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A former Connecticut businesswoman has pleaded guilty to defrauding Medicaid of $2.5 million.Federal prosecutors say 49-year-old Juliet Jacob waived her right to be indicted Thursday and entered her plea to a charge of health care fraud.Jacob and another person operated two social and psychotherapy businesses in Bridgeport.
