Weather doesn't stop Fayetteville food donations
The Fayetteville Urban Ministry took home a small bus loaded with food Friday after a daylong collection organized by The Fayetteville Observer in conjunction with Publix.The food will help victims of Hurricane Florence in Cumberland County and other local families in need.Despite cold rain and wind, dozens of people dropped off bags of food outside Publix during the day, or bought items in the store to give to Urban Ministry.
