Brig. Gen. Richard Sele, who most recently served as deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command, has retired.Sele served in the Army for 33 years, officials said, and began his military career as an enlisted interrogator and Serbo-Croatian linguist at Fort Bragg in 1983.
