Teen charged with murder in fatal shooting of Raeford man
A 16-year-old was arrested Wednesday in the April homicide of a man who was shot while inside a vehicle at Cliffdale and Reilly roads, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Ezra Zahir Elliott, of the 1100 block of Waddell Street in Fayetteville, also was charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle.The shooting happened April 8.Elliott fired into the moving vehicle occupied by three people, the warrant said.One […]
