LILLINGTON — A pedestrian died early Saturday when he was hit by a tractor-trailer while walking on an Interstate 95 service road in Harnett County, the N.C. Highway Patrol said.It happened at 1:40 a.m. about two miles north of Dunn on Sadler Road, according to a report filed by Trooper R.
